More than 3 years of developing come to an end also with the new Marwe 730 FX Pro Skate rollerski. The frame material is completely new designed and combines superior ski-like feeling and durability. It offers excellent vibration damping and has same elastic properties as snowfeel wood composite ski frames.
The 730FX is identical to the 620FX except the longer wheelbase (+ 11 cm). There is no general recommendation for deciding between the two models. Due to the longer wheelbase, the 730FX gives a better balance point and slightly quieter gliding phases, but is a bit sluggish in handling. But that should not be seen as a disadvantage. However, all running characteristics fundamentally depend on your style. Tendencial from a shoe size bigger than EU 44 and / or a height over 180 cm the 730FX could be on option.
The legendary wheels offer long time durability and best grip also on wet conditions. Marwe 730 FX Pro gives you the possibility for using same technique on wheels as on snow.
Because the flex increases proportionally to the wheelbase, the 730FX is only available at the stiff version and already has damping values like the Marwe 620FX Pro in the flex version. You can find an overview in the flex sheet here on this page. The deflection values refer to the behavior in a kick. Our recommendations for body weight are only guidelines, as the optimal skiing feeling is always subjective.

If you're now rubbing your eyes in amazement and thinking "Wow, an aluminum frame also flexes, why do I need a composite frame?", then that's unfortunately a mistake. The XC/FX frames have different runtimes during deflection and therefore different flex behavior. Furthermore, the flex is not the only criterion for a composite roller ski. An aluminum frame cannot absorb vibrations from the asphalt, the FX/XC frames can largely eliminate these, which is alse noticeable in the smoother skiing behavior.
