We deliver with DHL, DPD and UPS (shipping of poles only via DPD/UPS).
We deliver VAT-free to Switzerland and other non-EU countries. The VAT refund takes place after the order via the selected payment method. If the shipping goes to non-EU countries other duties, taxes or fees could to be paid by the customer, but not to the vendor but to your competent customs and tax authorities.
Payment Methods
Prepayment by bank transfer (1,5% discount)
We grant you a 1,5% discount on the value of the goods. After submitting your order you will receive an order confirmation and invoice with our bank account details for payment (IBAN and BIC).PayPal
You will be forwarded to PayPal before submitting the order and, depending on the country, you can also pay by credit card, bank transfer and direct debit without a PayPal account. For deliveries to non-EU countries, the VAT will be credited after payment.
