For the correct shoe size, please determine your foot length in millimeters as shown in the picture. The rounded up value corresponds to the mondopoint (MP) according to the table. Alternatively, you can also measure the length of your insole of tight-fitting shoes. This should be approx. 10 mm larger than the MP value, for running shoes 15-20 mm.
